Michael McInerney is the Founder and CEO of Rapid Alignment, where he and his co-founder support leadership pre or post and ‘inflection point,” inflection points such as a merger, a new CEO, a refocused strategy or need to accelerate growth. Recently, he has re-launched a symposium called Organization of the Future, bringing a broad array of people in a virtual environment to answer the question: How do we design the future of work?
