and welcome to the Mary Queen of Scots Experience. A podcast made by The Marian Era, an Instagram account with daily post about the life of the infamous queen of Scots.
With this podcast I wanted to share to a larger group of history affectionate the passion that I have for this woman. Some would say that she was queen of three country and that she lost all of them. Some would say that she was a siren a catastrophe for both Scotland and England. I would say that she was a woman in power in a time when man had the reins of power. A woman who wasn’t less intelligent or political than her cousin Elizabeth I. A woman that was broken by men. A passionate woman a Queen of heart.
Weekly we will discover every step of reign and life trying to figure out how she gain power and how she lost it.
We will try to solve complicated issue such as her marriages, in particular her last marriage, and her plots against the Queen of England.
Maybe we will finally end the era in which women are constantly blamed for men’s Dalit and we can start a new one in which everyone has their blame.
