This can apply to all aspects of your life, nutritionally, mentally, emotionally, but hear I discuss it in the context of pelvic floor/women's health. I am hoping by doing this, we can turn the tide of misinformation, lack of advocacy, body literacy and even guidance as we navigate motherhood.
