Hello. How are you? I
0:09
appreciate you, and thank you so much for all that you do for us and
0:12
give us Oh, you're very welcome. Really appreciate it.
0:18
Yeah. So what I kinda wanted
0:22
some support with, I'm in between
0:26
doing lots of different programs with you, like SRB,
0:29
LPA plus, and LPA. And I just really want to support consolidating
0:37
some of that moving forward. So I don't know how to pronounce. I've been working
0:41
for you a year, year and Half. I don't really know. And so I
0:44
can map the progress. Like, my nervous system feels really
0:48
different, my ability to be here
0:52
more present. What resonates me from me
0:55
yesterday, was When you
0:59
were talking about having more
1:02
options with a more flexible Nervous
1:06
system, and I can see that I have more. But I
1:10
just would really like support and exploring
1:14
where those blind spots or a bit of limitations are.
1:18
So I'm doing less avoidance. I'm
1:22
following through more. I'm feeling less overwhelmed. I
1:25
put in a grievance at work. I feel less tired
1:30
Where I feel there's not space or I've not taken up the
1:37
space is that stressed off about working more with
1:41
clients that I'm paid for. So it's like I feel like
1:45
I'm taking up this much space, but I've actually created
1:48
that much space, so it's getting into that extra,
1:52
if that makes sense. Yeah. How how will you know when you're in the
1:56
extra? I kinda feel like, you know, when
1:59
you I'm scared of heights. And when I'm walking on the side of a rock,
2:03
I can feel it, but I can't see it, and I can't
2:06
Enjoy the view. So I'm aware of its existence.
2:10
I just don't feel like I'm embodying it. So how
2:14
I'd know when I was embodying it,
2:19
enjoyably, would be instead of Me feeling my back against the wall
2:23
and kind of teeter tottering like that. I just feel a,
2:28
a relaxedness like your new space. Mhmm.
2:32
My new space. What do you mean? You because you you're no longer with
2:36
your IVC, and you Oh, I see. Yes. We change it up. We change it
2:40
around. Yeah. We keep it up. So okay.
2:43
Okay. Making more sense. So is there anything that you're relaxed about now that
2:47
you used to be tense about? I had an
2:51
amazing time at Christmas. I went to stay with an ex with
2:54
his family that I'd never met. I didn't do any
2:58
hypervigilance. I didn't do any checking in.
3:02
Even though his dad was drinking, There was no anxiety
3:06
going up there. I'd seen my
3:10
family the week before, and there was a little bit of sadness that I didn't
3:14
get spend time with my family and building that relationship.
3:19
But it was very relaxed even With
3:23
his mom was doing some behaviors that were quite manipulative,
3:27
and, normally, I could feel the reaction
3:30
starting. But I was just very centered, so,
3:34
that feel massively different. And I
3:37
wasn't even working. I noticed In
3:41
certain areas, there, there's no longer a need to do my,
3:45
intentional implementations. They're just there.
3:49
Yep. So, like, we're around people. I don't have to think, okay.
3:53
When I'm activated, I'll so those are just
3:56
nice and smooth. Beautiful. Yeah.
4:00
So is it sounds like
4:04
the process of being regulated in an environment like that that dysregulated
4:09
was you became aware. You were stressed and
4:12
tensed about it. You had a process and a practice with coregulation where then you
4:16
did have a repetition of Of implementation intentions. If you don't
4:20
know what that is, we'll get training on that, like, basically right away. I think
4:24
that'll for people who are just joining, that'll really be a powerful training for you.
4:28
And then you start to create new wiring in your nervous system around a very
4:31
what could be really triggering situation. Right?
4:35
So, like, what I'd like to do since we're since you're in SRB
4:39
also is, do you have any metacognition about how you did
4:42
that? Meaning, are you aware of the steps?
4:47
Yeah. So from I I I can't even remember
4:50
which one I started, Petition to claim your power, whatever it was.
4:54
What what start where it the key thing
4:58
I don't mean the I don't mean the the the course progression. I mean, are
5:02
you aware of the when you felt tense
5:05
and then what you did to now feel regulated? That make sense? Like
5:09
like, that process? Right? Are you aware of the steps you
5:13
took to to to be able to shift into a more
5:16
Calm state around something that could used to be more triggering.
5:20
So where I was is I used to get really Overwhelmed
5:24
and and zoned out. And so from each training
5:28
or each call, I just took one thing, and I
5:31
worked On that so first of all, for me, it was
5:35
the somatic breathing, and the butterfly
5:39
stuff. And then Just I realized that,
5:42
you know, when you're in LPA, the beginning of the videos,
5:47
every time I I zoned out And couldn't get back on. I
5:50
just thought, listen to the intro video. That will get
5:54
me started. So I started to take Fitz and team
5:58
Masten. Oh my god. They have my heart. Team Masten just made the
6:02
difference. They're emailing and support as well as you, but
6:05
those Emails from unseen
6:09
people just just filled
6:12
holes in me That helped me so much. And
6:16
so I began to even out. And then
6:19
just hearing and what you were saying in general of,
6:23
like, So up in the groups. And the massive
6:27
shift in me, both of you said it, is that I
6:31
don't have to hold space or responsibility.
6:34
So Jenny in the background answering questions that I would
6:38
normally be hypervigilant about. So All of that
6:42
and my choice helped me to really massively regulate.
6:47
So then just slow just
6:51
Each time and and then finally
6:54
finished course, and then also the
6:58
Just being present of the successes of doing
7:01
modules, but in a way that it became enjoyable
7:05
rather than Pressure. Good girl. Just all the other
7:09
stuff. So it was it was a lot of things, but it was taking one
7:12
thing, just making that change and having the other
7:15
bits And being present. Yes. So take
7:20
take one thing, put it into smaller bits, being present, and bring it into
7:23
coaching. Do you see that? Those 4 things? Yeah. So that's how
7:27
you do success. Oh, okay. Okay? So
7:31
it's important that you know that. Otherwise, it's kinda like, well, how did I get
7:34
here? I don't really know. And then if you have a recipe for
7:38
success, we keep doing it. Okay.
7:42
Does that make sense? Yeah. So now for the next level in business,
7:46
same thing. There's parts where they're going,
7:51
But that's good. They're they're communicating. We just we just
7:54
gave you the how. Yeah. Does that make sense?
7:58
Yeah. Because the how is break into a
8:02
small bit, you know, etcetera, etcetera. That's that
8:05
see, you have a awareness of how you do success, And then you can fit
8:09
in a recipe that you've never made. You could fit in a social media
8:13
post. You could fit in a romantic relationship. Whatever it is
8:17
just fits in. Thank you. It's a part of me going, god, is it that
8:25
easy? It's it's Simple. It's that
8:29
simple. Yeah. It is that simple, but it's
8:32
not easy. I wish it was easy, But we're we're we're here we're
8:36
here to make the hard stuff simpler to do. Mhmm. Does
8:40
that make sense? Yes. Yeah. And I can see the physio
8:44
I mean, there's a major physiological change also. It's just beautiful
8:48
to see, like, you look calmer, Like, you're glowing.
8:52
Like, that you just look it's very I mean, if you go back and watch
8:55
video from you, in the beginning, I think you'll see a difference.
8:58
I think you're I think you're, aging in reverse, Which is really cool.
9:02
You know? Yeah. It's nice to feel yeah. It's nice to
9:06
feel more as I used to feel, so it's really great. Thank
9:09
you, and thank you for all you do. Thank you.
