Ebony Rainford-Brent is a retired English cricketer who was the first black woman to play for the England team. She talks to Dr Maurice Duffy about overcoming the adversities she faced in the day as a non Caucasian woman from humble origins and how she is training her mindset today to cope with the current pandemic and the new challenges it is imposing on life.
