Nick Murray (@mangocherub), a Black multi-disciplinary artist and craftsman, joins the Melanated Mindset podcast to discuss spiritual deconstruction and its impact on mental health and the Black community.

In this episode, we discuss our relationship with Christianity and its impact on our mental health. We speak on how Christianity has helped and hurt the Black community, the legacy of Martin Luther King, the church's opposition to the Black Lives Matter movement, and the racism (including internalized racism), sexism, and homophobia within the church.
