I think we can all relate to the term 'survival mode'. Especially as we reflect on 2020, and exist in 2020 part 2....I would guess MOST of us have experienced some level of survival mode in the last year. Now, no one wants to stay there forever. But how long is too long to be in survival mode? And what is the alternative? (And is there just one??) So many questions, and some answers can be found in this episode. 2020 kicked my butt in so many ways, and being 22 weeks pregnant sure doesn't make it any easier. But we're in this together, k?
