We welcome Susan Koehler, VP of Customer Success at Infusionsoft, who exudes leadership with her energetic yes-we-can attitude. Through her role, she ensures Infusionsoft remains a global market leader in the small business technology industry. Susan brings to Infusionsoft strategies and execution know-how due to her many years of business and marketing experience in consumer and high-tech industriesWith more than 20 years experience, Susan has held leadership positions, from Brand Manager to Chief Marketing Officer, in several well-known companies, including rover.com, Microsoft, The Dial Corporation, and Warner Lambert Corp. She has led multiple global and corporate partnerships, website launches, global initiatives, and crisis management teams. In 2011 she won the award for Singularity University’s women @ Digital Frontier, an award which focuses on top women entrepreneurs, humanitarians, innovators and techies that create positive change around the globe.Outside of work, she is a dedicated mother of four, a passionate dog lover, and a former NCAA Division I tennis player. She received a dual degree in less than 4 years with a BS and BA in Advertising and Marketing from Syracuse University and an MBA in marketing from Rutgers University.
