In this episode, Troy Meadows interviews Catra Corbett, an experienced ultra runner, about her journey in trail running and her book 'Reborn on the Run.' Catra shares her background and how she got into running after overcoming addiction and personal challenges.

Finally, they explore Catra's busy race calendar and her upcoming adventures and races. Her participation in the Quad Dipsea race an event that she has finished 24 times and counting! 

She also emphasizes the importance of believing in oneself and taking action to pursue one's dreams.
