Greetings from Marsh Harbor, Abaco!

Piano performance major / entrepreneur turned sailing enthusiast Angela Smith Covey dials into the podcast remote from the BAHAMAS! Angela shares how her passion for the open water turned into a decision to 'sell it all' and live full-time on a boat in the Caribbean with her husband Perry.

Born in the mid-west with no prior experience in sailing, Angela explains how her dream of living on the ocean took shape over the course of 30 years. After running a family owned cookie business, leading corporate training events, as well as attending culinary school, Angela settled down to live life on the S/V Lily Belle (a 43’ Catalina sailboat).

No matter if you are a boater or a land lover, her journey will surely inspire a life of travel, adventure, and most importantly to always live your best life!

Angela and Perry’s sailing blog ‘Happy Sails’ can be found at https://happysails.wordpress.com
