Seafarers, having the luxury of higher wages compared to their land-based counterparts, have many opportunities when it comes to establishing their businesses. But what does it take to become a successful seafarer turned entrepreneur. What are the kinds of businesses seafarers are involved in? What are the pros and cons of these types of businesses? In this episode, we conducted a survey of 100 seafarers to arrive with the answers to these questions.
