The Mind Workout Show is hosted by Jessica McCallister, MSW (Pull The Roots Out) and doesn't have a clear focus - rather, is more of a workout for the mind in any topic of the day.The 'workouts' include thinking intelligently and deeply about definitions of words, analyze history and current day trends, figuring out why things happen, and perfecting feelings and self-love.With over 10 years experience as a college professor in social work education and working in areas of child welfare programming, Jessica brings with her interesting stories and perspectives. Your stories are just as important and interesting and is why Jessica casts her show frequently and takes callers! She encourages you to share your story with others and try out the 'mind workouts' too. From mediation, linguistic analysis, story-telling, singing, deep-breathing activities, intellectual conversation, and more, the Mind Gym Show is here to keep you thinking with more heart AND mind.Interested in learning more about me?
