How do we use our thoughts and what we say to cast a spell on ourselves and those people and things around us…?

Is there a science to it or is it a supernatural occurrence?

As we “give birth” to thoughts and we speak them into reality, is it possible to measure our thoughts and the impact our “spell casting” has on our reality…?

There is no ambiguity in our minds about our daily dealings in thoughts.  It’s intuitive and we don’t need to explain it to anyone, or even to ourselves.

And yet if we do set about trying to describe a thought, it is profoundly difficult to do so.

So how do we go about casting spells and when we do, how do we control the results?
