We’ve all see the term old thrown around these days. Indeed, inside of what people consider a youth driven culture like Hip-Hop, the term is considered one of the highest forms of disrespect. Mostly because when we hear the term, we picture feeble, useless and slow. And when the participants value life as a teen, anything over 40 can be considered retirement age. 

And then, we meet the Sean Combs or the Shawn Carter’s of the world. And just like that, our illusions shatter and perceptions just don't match reality. All of a sudden, over 40 looks confident, decadent, relaxed, wealthy and overall fly AF. And if you needed a poster child for all of the above, look no further than fitness model, brand ambassador and influencer #AngeliqueMiles. 

But life behind the #FitOver50 hashtag doesn’t come without its own challenges. And dealing with the never ending questions is probably at the top of the list. What does she eat? Where is her gym?
