Ragan Hartman has been working with Fortune Management since 1997, and is the Owner and President of the Tennessee and Alabama divisions.  She earned her Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from Middle Tennessee State University, with an emphasis in marketing and behavioral psychology. 

 For the past seventeen years, Ms. Hartman has dedicated herself to studying the distinctions in outstanding practice management and leadership, and sharing with doctors how to specifically transform their practices into team oriented, low-stress, highly profitable businesses.  She helps teams create a culture of accountability and follow through, and her rock solid business systems have been time tested and proven to deliver RESULTS.  Every practice Ms. Hartman has coached has seen at least 30% growth in just the first year of working with her, and many have even seen 40%, 50%, even 126%! She has delivered hundreds of seminars, workshops, and training programs spanning 17 year career.  She has lectured at Meharry Dental School in Nashville, TN, the University of Kentucky Dental School in Lexington, KY, as well as countless others.  Her youthful zest and unique insight into human behavior have made her one of the most sought after coaches in the industry today.  Ms. Hartman is a member of the American Academy of Dental Management Consultants, The Dental Speakers Bureau, The Directory of Dental Speakers, and the National Committee for Freedom Day USA.
