Mom overwhelm is real. And this overwhelm can come in many forms.  From the endless to do list.  From the constant sibling bickering.  From the conflict with your husband that you feel bubbling up.  From the scroll that's leaving you feeling inferior from the unattainable perfection that's on display or the influx of bad news.  All of this leaving us in desperate need of hope.

It's easy to find "hope" around every corner.  Coffee, alone time, gym membership, plans with the girls.  All good things, but wells that will surely leave us thirsty again.

During this most sacred week of the year, we moms can recalibrate on the only true hope that will leave us thirsty no more.
