She’s a Jersey-born, Rome-based culinary writer with a master’s degree in Italian Gastronomic Culture, a sommelier certificate, and an archaeological speleology certification. In plain English, Katie Parla is a pizza-eating professional and the best damn tour guide you could ever dream of having in Italy. She also happens to be one of my closest friends from Yale. So when Katie dropped by to cook on Good Day New York for the second time, I finally woke up and realized I should have her on my podcast, to talk about the amazing life she’s living, the kick-ass cookbooks she’s writing, and some general advice for anyone looking to build their own brand, business, or career abroad. This is obviously the most delicious Morris on Money podcast we’ve ever recorded. So pour yourself a glass of wine, pull up plate of pasta or a slice of pizza, and just don’t be offended if we drop an F bomb or two.And enjoy Morris on Money Episode 23: Lady Parts with Katie Parla.
