Dr. Peggy has been given numerous awards for her work in service to women and interfaith causes. Among them are the Huntington Beach Soroptimist Women Helping Women Award; the Ambassador for Peace and Crown of Peace Award from the Interreligious and International Federation for World Peace; and the Peacemaker Award from Greater Huntington Beach Interfaith Council.In 2005 she was the invited guest of Global Cultural Connections, a Sufi peace organization on a trip to Turkey with other members of the clergy for the purpose of interfaith dialogue and peacemaking. Dr. Price has also addressed this organization several times here in the US, as well as being featured on Turkish television.On an international level, Dr. Price has also served as a member of the Vision Core for United Centers for Spiritual Living, and currently serves as a member of the Social Issues Committee for United. In June of 2007 she was appointed Chair of the Professional and Ethical Standards Support Committee for United Centers for Spiritual Living.
