On this week’s episode of The Mother Board, long-time friend of the podcast Lara Ortega Clark joins the TMB as guest speaker. The four discuss the dreadful, but inevitable, need to have difficult conversations at work. Whether it’s asking for a promotion or needing to tell someone they’re underperforming, the ladies share their own personal experiences and look for connections that might help anyone having to go through the same process.
