Thank you for listening to my podcast with Jo Clark.  Jo works for the Devon and Cornwall Police in their facilities department. She is an exercise enthusiast and very keen to ensure she stays well so she can get out on her bike and zip around the Devon lanes. We talk about how she stays well and the things that are important to her health and how she has learned to manage her mental health through working at home during the Covid crisis. I hope you enjoy listening to this podcast. If you know of anyone who might like to come on and talk about what health and wellness means to them, do get in touch with me. My email is below. Thanks you Jo for your time and for sharing your story with me. **************** bounce soft, feel good with bellicon®
