He spent nearly three decades anchoring TV news in Los Angeles on KTLA and Fox 11, and spent some time hosting radio shows and doing TV in San Diego. Now he's helped create BEOND.TV, hosting a morning show with Lisa Remillard that can also be seen on KDOC-TV weekday mornings at 8 in Southern California. I talk with Carlos about reconnecting with his wife after she self-isolated following a cut-short business trip to Israel, how many Jenga towers he's collapsed while quarantining, and his go-to snack in times of crisis.
