I wanted to encourage and uplift you with this show. I feel we all can use some encouragement especially right now. Our world has been turned upside down and it's affected each of us. My hopes are that you will find comfort and peace right now.
  1. Being able to accept the changes that have impacted our world and managing your daily news intake.
  2. Take time to connect with your faith or your higher power
  3. Remember the importance of your circle and staying in contact with the people who are walking with you.
  4. Eat well and get some rest (my take on eating right) :)
  5. No Gym Open? ( Discussing alternative ways to get healthy and stay fit)
  6. If you need to cry it's ok....cry and let it go.... (feel better and consider what you are grateful for)
  7. Consider using a journal to get your thoughts out.
  8. Create...Create ....Create....(This is the perfect time to work on yourself, your business and projects.
