Greg Macpherson, is a pharmacist and author of the new book, "Harnessing the Nine Hallmarks of Aging." He says COVID-19 will change a lot of things, especially how and where we age in the future. The pandemic has shown a spotlight on many problems from how fragile our immune systems can be to how unsafe long-term healthcare facilities are, where 40% of COVID-19 deaths have taken place. Macpherson says aging has always been a scary proposition for most, but it doesn't have to be, and living a full life beyond 100 years is possible if you know how to slow the aging process on a cellular level with some proactive strategies he covers in his new book, "Harnessing the Nine Hallmarks of Aging.
