Well hello and welcome to, The Night Shed.HAY!!! what is the Night Shed???? I came on here looking to buy a shed.... What am I looking at??? I hear you scream...sorry no sheds for sale...The Night Shed is a podcast base interaction channel on the subjects of low feeling, share mental health challenges you or I have faced, our triggers and maybe the support and inspirations to manage those feelings. I am relatively new to Youtubing and Podcasting, so I plan to capture setting up the studio and all the other bits that come with delivering both platforms. I hope to share observations and experiences in challenging situations and with the odd guest??? I decided to set up (twiddling my thumbs in lockdown), to self manage my triggers and low moments by given myself a project, by openly discussing the subjects around challenging times, periods of crisis, mental health or just low moments. What do we do to overcome or manage these challenges once triggered? Movies?
