I explore quite a few topics related to mental wellness, health and healing. Mainly, how we can explore experiences, thoughts and feelings as we tend to the light INSIDE of us.

I can think of nothing more important to our health, healing and vitality than knowing, tending to, nourishing and shining the light inside of us. Literally the light we make inside our cells as a source of our own health.

I called this the “middle school episode” in my notes because I share an experience that created a diminishing of my light and a limiting belief having an effect on my life today. Well, not today because I’m working through it and feeling those old shoved down feelings. We can reexamine old limiting beliefs and work out patterns to illuminate a new path. Actually lighting the way to new neural pathways!
