For my final episode this series, I spoke to my good friend, the formidable Jennifer Zamparelli. Jennifer is a comedian, radio presenter, actor, entrepreneur, writer, producer and TV host. But her talents don't stop there - she recently launched a no holds barred podcast with her pal Lottie Ryan, Jen and Lottie Do Parenting.

She's one of the hardest working people I know and also a great confident. During our chat we talked about everything from turning 40, realising what's important in life and her excitement about the future. There is so much wisdom in the episode and I hope it inspires you to dive into life just like Jen.
