In this episode of the Kundalini Chronicles, Scott explores how his awakening change his view of when enough is enough.Think about the the role having enough plays in your life. If you're like me, you often get in situations where instead of working through things, you let them build and build and build and build and build and build and build. And finally you say, all right, that's it, I've had enough. And you push through it. And it doesn't just have to be things that are focused on anger or frustration, it can be things that are focused on growth. What if there was no concept of enough? What if you didn't have to wait until the pressure got so intense that it had to explode? to get you to make the movement for what if you could just move forward? For me, that's what my awakening is all about. It is all about the practice of letting go. As always, feel free to leave a comment by sending an audio file to [email protected]
