Melissa Lopez is the CEO of Onyx Offsites & Trainings, based in San Diego, California. She previously worked in marketing and advertising, even running her own agency, but began working with Onyx in February 2020, right before our working world mostly went remote, and the programs her team had worked so hard to create were largely cancelled.

We talk about how Melissa navigated the challenge and change with her team and where she thinks the future work environment is headed.
