As an active couple with a six-year-old son, Charles and Mae lived a fairly active lifestyle with hiking, biking, and more packed into their schedule.  But when Charles was injured after a bike ride and on the path to recovery, the couple decided to focus on food as a fuel source that would provide them with enough energy to maintain their active levels.
