In this week's episode, I talk about depression. Depression is a common mental disorder affecting more than 264 million people worldwide. However, even though it's so common, a lot of people find it a lot harder to understand then lets say, high cholesterol. I talk to Jp who has lived with depression for about his whole life, and he talks about some of his darkest moments, but also mentions some of his brighter days as well.
