Dave Oates and Jo North have worked together for four years in Joanna North Associates where they have undertaken hundreds of searches for people affected by adoption searching for their first families. The company is Ofsted registered as Outstanding in their service.    Dave has worked as a trace researcher for ten years, having traced thousands of relatives for family members, more recently focussing on adoption. Jo has worked in the field of Adoption Support for fifteen years and she focusses on the psychology and wellbeing of the service they provide, having written her doctoral thesis on helping adopted children. Together with the team at JNA they provide a solid base for people going through the adoption journey.
