The defendant says the plaintiff is harassing her and accusing her. She said she’s never touched the plaintiff’s car. She’s countersuing for harassment.Then, the plaintiff says she bought a house from the defendant, but he turned off the pool two months before she moved in so he could save a buck. Now the water is green and it’s costing her a fortune to clean and refinish. She’s suing for what she’s owed. The defendant says the plaintiff had 15 days after the as-is sale to list damages, and she didn’t, so he’s off the hook.Plus, the plaintiff says he and the defendant are longtime friends, so suing her is tough. He loaned her thousands, and she’s failed to pay most of it back, so he’s suing.
