After selling a business servicing charter schools throughout the US, Remy's desire to give back took over (she has been involved with Make-A-Wish for 20 years). Remy's young dog Olive had passed, and when she received the ashes she’d wondered, "Is this it? Is this all I can do to honor such a beautiful soul?" A seed was planted and Pet Perennials literally grew from there. She and her business partner Lori Davidson launched Cherished Ones LLC with a mission of helping folks heal from loss with compassionate, creative and convenient products that are also eco-friendly.
