We all know that we should prioritise self-care and to be honest that term makes me feels nauseous these days. The cultural messaging around self-care for mums often sounds like "get a baby sitter, book a massage, take yourself for a long walk without the kids....." All wonderful things to do, but not exactly realistic at this time of year when perhaps you have more kids at home and more things overflowing your already full plate. 

Here's one little perspective shift and invitation to help you weave in some cup filling for you at this busy time of year to help you finish the year with a little less stress and a little more pleasure.
