In this episode The Crypt Keepers Stef & Devin begin discussing the infamous case of JonBenet Ramsey, a 6 year old pageant queen who was found dead in the basement of her home. They start with discussing who JonBenet’s parents were & their lives - John & Patsy Ramsey. We quickly learn that John seems like the type of person who can’t take responsibility for his own shit & seems to play the victim card when backed into a corner. When fate leads John & Patsy to meet, they aren’t the most affectionate couple, a longtime friend states he had never seen them hug, kiss or hold hands after 20 years of friendship with them. The first time he saw them hold hands was on television after JonBenet’s body was discovered. We also learn about Patsy’s mother Nedra, who had a very short temper. Remember, children learn their behaviors from their parents. After John & Patsy had their children Burke & JonBenet, they seemed like the perfect family, but John was never around, he was a workaholic who enjoyed his millions.
