So when you want to adopt a

positive mindset, when you want to live

a positive life, the external world doesn't

have to change. In fact, it's not

going to. It's always you

that has the power. It's always inward.

The external world is a reflection of

your internal state. And I

know that can be hard to truly accept

because there are things that happen against your

will. There are things that happen

that are hurtful. There are things that happen that are

painful. And I'm not saying

that those things won't continue to happen as you elevate

yourself. I'm saying your perspective and

what you take away from them will

start to change. You see, where

you wake up as, or even where you find yourself

right now, you can't change that

exact moment. But you can change

your experience in that moment. And

this whole thing, from the moment you're

born to the moment you die, is

exactly that, an experience. And

you can change that. You change

it with your perception of it. The

higher up you go, the further you

raise that positive perspective, the more likely

you're going to receive the positive situation

because a positive mindset is separate from

self. It's separate from ego. It's

separate from you. Because

you're not really you. You're having this experience as, or

like me, I'm having this experience as Henry. I have

feelings as Henry. I have a life as Henry. And

there's things that are hard. There's things that are great.

There's things that are amazing that happen along the way.

But ultimately, I am experiencing life

as Henry. You are

experiencing life as you. You

have that choice to see beyond you. You

have that choice to live beyond self. And

it's all with perspective. If you're

how to see the things, to change your

it starts with one simple thing, gratitude.

Gratitude is not just when you have Thanksgiving meal

and you're saying what you're thankful for. Gratitude

is actually connecting to energy and

bringing it within you. If

you think about that moment, maybe it's the time

that your first child walked. You're

so happy, you're so proud, you're so thankful.

In fact, when you think about it, the

hair stands up on your arm. That's connecting

to energy. You see, that's gratitude. Gratitude is

the art of finding something and receiving it.

If you can perceive it in your mind, even if

it's in the past or the future, it is still

your now. That's where people like

with anxiety and things like that, when you're

worried about what's to come, you're making a

future event your now. If you

have the ability to do that for things that pull you

down, you have the ability to do that for

things that lift you up. You are

the observer of this experience.

If you stop referring to this as your

life and start referring to it as your

experience, it puts you back into control. It

puts you back in the driver's seat of

your experience and what you want to receive

from it. How you

feel about something dictates how you're going to

receive it. You've all had

the meal that you love. It's your favorite food,

but maybe something really terrible happened. Maybe you just

lost somebody. Maybe you just got let go from

work. Something awful. Maybe you lost your money. Like

really bad. That delicious food is

not going to taste like it usually does.

It's not going to be as good. Or maybe

it was something that you enjoyed with somebody that you loved, that you

were so close with, but they're not here anymore. It

won't be the same. But it didn't

change. You, the frequency you're

in, did. And so your perception of

it changed. You can

allow that to use you, like when external circumstances

and it brings you down, or

you can take control of your experience

and use it to create the experience

that you desire. You

see, that's what you do. You observe

of your mind is what you're observing

through. The frequency that your mind's on,

process. Some people really struggle with low

frequency negative thoughts like it's ingrained in

difficult for them to experience it differently.

But it's still a choice. You still have the

power to create. The experience you desire is just

find your experience in a hard place it's been

is the law of attraction, the thought and the

work with people who they're, you know,

they don't make a ton of money and they live

life and they're struggling. I work with people that make

a lot of money and they're struggling

too. Your internal state of

now, your experience of now is the thing that

you can control. None of

the physical experiences that you have in this life

you'll take with you. None of the physical experience

you have in this life will serve you beyond

that moment. Yes, it feels good to get the

car of your dreams. Yes, it feels good to

build the house of your dreams. Yes, it feels

good to do the experiences that you desire to

do. That's an amazing part of this experience, but

you will always bring you there. And

if you can increase your ability to find

the good in any situation, the situation is

no longer bad or as much. You don't

need the perfect scenario. You don't need to

be seen. You don't need to be loved.

You don't need those things because it's all

internal. You have this ability, have this power

and the more you strengthen it within you,

the more your experiences become more beautiful. The

more you start seeing the good and everything and you start

receiving the good and everything. It doesn't mean something bad won't

happen to you. It doesn't mean you won't get hit by

a car. It doesn't mean you won't have a heart attack.

It doesn't mean you won't lose somebody you love. It

just means in every experience, you'll be in control of self.

So you'll be able to find the good in it. Now

imagine this goes deeper. What if you're a powerful

being that doesn't have a beginning and doesn't have

an end and is just having this experience and

will exist past it? What

would be the most beneficial thing you could do in

this life? What would be the

most powerful thing that you could take with you? It's nothing

external. It's not the money you make. It's not the status.

It's not the job. It's not the relationships. It's not how

you look. It's none of those things. It's

your internal state because your internal state is your

soul, your spirit, your frequency, your energy. Learning

how to control that, learning how to

shift it into the different frequencies on

your command is what you take with

you. Then you get the to

go into whatever is next as a

being that knows how to control oneself,

that knows how to dictate the experience that you're going

to have. That's a gift. So

whatever you're struggling with, and I know

there's some people going some really hard things. I

get the messages. I know it. There's things that

you wouldn't wish on anybody. There's difficulties that you

couldn't imagine that people are going through. Some

it's in bright light like you could see it, and

some you'd never know but looking for them.

If you can gain this ability, if you decide to

take control of your experience, you'll be who you want

to be. You may not have

what you want to have. You may not get to do

the things that you want to do because you realize those

aren't necessary to feel good. Those aren't

necessary to be at peace. Those

aren't necessary to have fulfillment. So

get right within. Focus

on you first. Become the

powerful observer and creator of your

experience and be the rising tide
