This week we are talking about gratitude. Of course we all know that gratitude is a big buzzword in spiritual circles. We are taught that in order to deepen our connection with God/Grace that we have to be grateful. But is that true? Or is it the opposite? What if we just go for God and then gratitude is a natural byproduct of that...? 

Polly starts off the show sharing that she wants to deepen her connection with God/Source and one of the ways that she has been taught and wants to implement in her life is to be more consistently and consciously grateful. This starts a conversation that includes many tentacles as it pertains to how we deepen our spiritual path.
