I met Connor through our mutual friend Doug (IG @theworldofdoug) and felt an immediate pull to him, and I’m sure you will as well.  I told him before recording this episode that he is like the hug you never knew you needed !! 

Connor and I talk about the importance of mental health and dissolving the stigma around it.  He shares his own struggles with an open heart and gentleness that is hard to come by these days.
