We talk about why this is important, and the impact that it can have for the company, their customers, and their community.

He’s also a co-founder of the Conscious Capitalism-Columbus Chapter. He shares how businesses established with a greater purpose then just making money tend to be the more profitable as a result. It’s an incredible stance to take that is becoming more and more common these days, and is well worth the listen on this episode.

In regards to Barry’s definition of a Powerful Mindset- learning when to say ‘no’ isn’t easy. We all have the same number of minutes in the day, and there’s only so much that we can do with that time. Be intentional with what and who you give your time to. The earlier you can discover how to do this in your life, the sooner you can fill those moments with meaningful experiences that can last a lifetime.
