Welcome Back!

It’s 2018, and you’d think this would be common sense by now. Treating all of your employees equally, providing things like pay and benefits equally would be beneficial to the entire company, right?

Unfortunately that’s not the world that we live in, and many business owners have grown accustomed to the old way of thinking. Well, times are changing, and Claire Coder is showing businesses that beyond simply “doing the right thing”, providing necessities such as tampons and pads for half of your employee population is immensely beneficial to the bottom line, as well as company culture.

This was an interview that I recorded, but did not personally conduct. The content was very real, and Claire is truly passionate about what she does, so I felt it would be right at home on the podcast.
