Mid-level leaders live in two realms: the day-to-day operations of their teams and the world of their organization's business strategy.  But so many of these under-represented individuals are often forced to learn the hard way of doing their jobs.  Their organizations often don't have formalized (or at least adequate) development roadmaps to help them be successful.
