In just three years, Ravi Toor has built a business that started whilst still at university and has since become a great success.

Tackling the green planet issues head-on, his company Filamentive is now nationally recognised not just for having great environmental credentials but more-so for making reliable and consistent, quality materials that people have come to rely on. Whilst doing so, he has broken down the stigma’s associated with recycled materials to prove they are at least as good, if not better that others.

Ravi joined us in the studio following his morning lecture with our MSc Industrial Digitalisation students to explain the challenges and opportunities they lay ahead for would-be entrepreneurs and how they could enter established businesses to bring about change and to train older employees as an ‘intrepreneur’.
