While my jam is helping service providers simplify productivity so they can work when they want (and not when they don’t) - by day, I AM that service provider.
I’m a virtual assistant specialising in content creation. My phone is, well, how I do a hay-uge proportion of my job.
But as far as distractions go, our smartphones are one of THE biggest suckers of our concentration and focus. And it feels like we’re helpless when it comes to changing this.

So I’m challenging myself to transform how much, how often and why I use my smartphone over the next 30 days.
I’ll be tracking:
📱Screen time and pick ups
📱Changes in how ‘focussed’ I feel or my ability to concentrate
📱Changes in productivity or my capacity to get things done in the time I set to do them
📱Changes in my relationships
