This week we speak to Ann Kempster, head of delivery at the Centre for Digital Public Services (CDPS) Wales. 

With the second birthday of CDPS Wales coming up, Ann tells us about how they're working to improve public services in Wales with digital transformation and what she's most proud of from her career. 

Ann also launched a project called '300 Seconds' (follow on Twitter @300_seconds) to get more women speaking on digital panels by giving women a place to practice their public speaking skills and gain experience.
