About Gemma Nugent:

Gemma Nugent is a specialist contract lawyer based in Perth, Western Australia. She commenced her legal career at a boutique litigation firm in 2008, having previously been an Associate to a Supreme Court Judge and a policy adviser to the Department of Premier and Cabinet.  

In 2010, Gemma became Corporate Counsel to a global engineering and design consultant, where she remained for more than 8 years.
