In today's episode, I sit down with Art Svartsberg; a US Marine who is best known as The Iron Wolf. He is becoming synonymous with some of the most hardcore workouts on Youtube and is famous for his impressive feats of endurance.

We spoke about his family immigrating from Russia, growing up in Brooklyn and how assimilating got him into trouble. We talked about the path that led him to join the Marine Corp and how his life has changed after 14 years of service. He brings to life the ethos of Iron Wolf fitness and we discuss what life after the military will look like.

Art is as authentic as it gets, there's no smoke and mirrors in anything he does. What you see is what you get and his style uniquely his own. We had a great conversation that included 90's hip hop, movies and sport. I hope you enjoy it.
