Jake is based in Switzerland, but the company is 100% remote, with employees working from 12 countries around the world. 


The company's unique talent model involves hiring senior people from the industry and converting them into high-performing recruiters. The team is made up of 35+ people, all recruiting specifically within the sector they all used to work in! 


Jake’s business model has evolved from contingent work to a retained executive search model, focusing on director, vice president, and senior vice president-level positions.
