This week we bring in a good friend of Sean’s, Matt Stevens.  Little did everyone know (other than Sean), Matt is a SERE (Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape) Specialist with the U.S. Air Force and was kind enough to give us a good workout.  Later in the show, we talk first jobs and how those jobs set us up for success.  Can you guess who was a gymnastic coach?
