DocuSign (Both me and Katie like DocuSign better over DotLoop)b. DotLoopIs one better than the other? It really depends on who you’re talking with, but I do prefer Docusign over DotLoop. DocuSign is easier to work with and much easier to get people who are not used to working with an app like this to use it simply.Additional note about DotLoop: They were bought out by Zillow. Although I like Zillow and feel like they are providing a service which the real estate community simply is not doing, I don’t like the fact that they are vertically integrating real estate services into their company. With some other acquisitions like Diverse Solutions we saw no improvements in that companies services since Zillow took them over. Plus, most of the companies and people pushing for DotLoop are paid to do it in my opinion.2. YeswareThis is a pretty cool little app. It’s only available if you’re using GMAIL. And in my opinion you should have custom email address using Google Apps. This way you can have an email address like mine, [email protected], and use the GMAIL interface.With this app you can confirm when someone opens/reads your email.CLICK HERE to go to Yesware.3.
