If you've been up super late and gone down a Youtube rabbit hole...I'm sure you've heard of The Russian Sleep experiment...if you haven't...well...welcome to chaos. If this is a tale, true story, or a mix of both. It's incredible what happens to the human mind during isolation, alteration and how sick and twisted some are. 

What's the longest you've gone without sleep? When we got shipped off to Great Mistakes, we didn't sleep for 36hrs...or more..I can't remember. I just remember my Battle Buddy and I decided to keep eachother awake or take turns dozing off. Battle buddy for liiiife. My sleep is insanely messed up, I couldn't imagine being in this experiment myself. 

Please remember that this is just a podcast, I'm speaking about things I find interesting. True Crime Pods saved my life and I'd like to be able to do the same for someone else.
